Customer Online Booklist Orders FAQ

Q. When will my Booklist/s be delivered?

A. Orders placed prior to 24th November 2017 will be delivered before 21st January 2018. We do not guarantee delivery before BTS 2018 for orders placed after 24th November 2017. 

Please note: EDSCO paper order forms included incorrect information with regards to order and delivery dates. The information displayed on this page applies to ALL orders.

Booklists for 2018 have started shipping and deliveries will continue throughout December and early January.


Q. Do I have to make a payment when I place my order online?

A. You will be required to finalise the payment on your order before it is processed.


Q. What forms of payment do you accept from parents?

A. We accept Paypal, Mastercard & Visa Credit and Debit cards online.


Q. Will my Booklist be delivered or can I collect it from a store?

A. When placing your order online you can select delivery to your nominated address.
The School Locker will not be offering a pickup in store option this year.


Q. How much will it cost for my Booklist/s to be delivered?

A. Orders placed on or before the 24th November 2017 will receive free delivery.
Orders placed after the 24th November 2017 will incur a flat fee of $6.90 per order.


Q. Can I track my delivery?

A. Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed a consignment number to track your order with Australia Post here:


Q. Are the in store prices the same as the online prices?

A. Booklists prices reflect the prices in store. Some products may cost less if purchased through the Booklist.


Q. Do you accept orders all year round?

A. Booklists are made available each year as soon as your school publishes them on our website.
Booklists will remain available online until 1st June 2018.


Q. Is there a processing fee or charge to purchase online?

A. There is no processing fee or charge when purchasing online.


Q. Are there any late fees, cancellation fees or packing fees incurred?

A. Free delivery to a nominated address is available for orders placed prior to the 24th November 2017. There are no late, cancellation or packing fees.  


Q. Do you have a shop or outlet for parents to purchase Booklist items?

A. We stock a range of basic back to school items in each of our retail and campus stores. Please note; some items may not be available in store and can only be purchased online.


Q. Can you provide electronic as well as hard copy of Booklists?

A. Paper Booklist Forms can be printed from their page on the website. Click "Print Paper Form" just below the "Add to Cart" button.


Q. Is a courier delivering my book list? Do I have to wait at home for delivery?

A. All Booklist orders are shipped via Australia Post's parcel delivery service. Each book list will be packaged and delivered separately. If nobody is home to accept delivery Australia Post will leave a calling card and instructions on how you can collect your parcel from your local Post Office.

Q. There are items missing in my delivery.

A. An itemised email will be sent to you that lists items sent and outstanding items. Some items may be on Back Order and will be listed as outstanding until shipped.


Q. I received a different item than what I expected.

A. If your Order Confirmation and your delivery docket do not match please use the contact us form online.


Q. What if my items are damaged or faulty?

A. Contact us immediately so that we can quickly replace damaged or faulty items for you, as per our returns policy. The easiest way to resolve this is to exchange items at one of our The School Locker retail stores. If we do not stock the item in question in store, we will organise a replacement item to be sent to you.


Q. I want to cancel my order

A. Booklist orders are sent for pick, pack and dispatch within 30 minutes of the order being received. Whilst every effort will be made to intercept committed orders so as to prevent delivery, we can offer no guarantee that this will be achievable. We will be happy to provide you with a full refund when you have received the goods and return them to us as per our returns policy.
